Senior UX/UI Designer

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

UX Design

• Conduct user research (interviews, workshops, usability testing)

• Analyze user needs and model usage scenarios

• Design accessible and ergonomic solutions (information architecture, wireframes, prototypes)

• Improve overall usability and user experience across OPW applications

UI Design

• Create modern and consistent web interfaces

• Design and maintain high-fidelity mockups in Figma

• Develop and evolve a design system based on PrimeNG components

• Ensure consistency and alignment across applications

• Validate frontend integration of mockups and ensure UX/UI compliance

• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with frontend developers, analysts, and project managers

• Monitor UX/UI quality of deliverables

• Act as UX/UI reference within the project team

Do you have experience in Wireframing?, * Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design

• Proven experience in user research and UX methodologies

• Strong expertise in UI design and web ergonomics

• Advanced proficiency with Figma (prototyping, design systems, components)

• Experience building and evolving design systems

• Strong knowledge of PrimeNG

• Knowledge of Angular

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS

• Experience ensuring correct integration of mockups by developers

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping
