AGV Software Engineer (C/C++)

• As a Vehicle Software Engineer Mobile Automation (C/C++), you develop the AGV Vehicle software for our automated guided vehicles (AGV)
• You are involved from start to finish of the process-a part of a team beginning with the concept up until the machines are moving around in our factory and eventually going on site
• From a designed concept you will configure and extend the standard software or in specific cases program and develop customer software
• You are defining how the AGV behaves, moves and manipulate loads of different kinds and sizes
• You support the testing team which is responsible for testing the basic functionalities of the application you developed
• Your job consists of limited travel to support your applications on-site at customers all over Europe as well as the rest of the worldWithin our culture, we are counting on your accountability, inquisitiveness, and dedication. Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, * You are interested and open for new challenges in the future of automation

• You have competent knowledge of C/C++ (or excellent knowledge of a C#-like language), networking basics, and industrial PC's. Knowledge of any of PLC software, Visual Studio (2017/19 or Code), Git and Linux are a plus
• Open communication is one for your strengths
• Basic knowledge and interest in controls & hydraulics is necessary
• Eagerness to take up your piece of responsibility within the team
• You have excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch and any other languages is a plus
• Willing to travel to commission projects abroad
