• Management of the Service Desk operation according to defined processes
• Organization of the various inventories of the department (hardware, software, mobile devices...)
• Taking over and processing various tickets (ITIL 1st Level Support)
• Basic IT training for new employees of the company
• Application lifecycle management

• EFZ in IT and ideally a diploma as a technician.
• Experience in user support is a plus.
• Proficient in German or French with knowledge of the other., * EFZ as an IT specialist and ideally a certified technician HF
• Experience in user support is an advantage
• Enjoy supporting and advising internal customers
• Process-oriented and documentation creation
• Main language German or French with good knowledge of the other language
