We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT-Manager/IT-Managerin to join our dynamic team and oversee our IT infrastructure and operations., As an IT-Manager/IT-Managerin, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Overseeing IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
• Providing technical support and training to team members.
• Collaborating with external vendors and service providers.
• Monitoring and optimizing IT performance and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience in the financial or investment sector is an advantage.
