Working Student - Process Documentation & Data Management

• Support the Process Management Tool Rollout, including process documentation and preparation activities
• Assist in the transfer and structuring of Business Process documents
• Support data management activities in JDEdwards (ERP System) to enable process and data improvements
• Help ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency

To strengthen our team in the areas of process documentation and data management, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) who actively contributes to ongoing projects and supports efficiency improvements., * Education: Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in Business Administration, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a comparable field

• Personality:

• Interest in process management, data management, and digital tools
• Structured and reliable working style with attention to detail
• Good analytical skills and a hands-on mentality

• Qualifications: Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with process tools or ERP systems (e.g. JDE, BIC) is a plus
• Languages: Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
