Data Science, GenAI and NLP Expert

We are looking for German-speaking experts in selected AI subfields. To better support upcoming projects, we are building a curated expert pool of professionals, who are interested in collaborating and could potentially support us in various AI and NLP-related initiatives.

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Important requirement: German language proficiency at C1/C2 level

• Extensive expertise in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Practical experience with document-based workflows, particularly in regulated, low-error environments (e.g., finance, pharma)
• Deep methodological understanding of Agentic AI and hands-on experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, llama-agents)
• Very strong Python programming skills
• Solid experience in Python-based software development
• Experience with Azure AI Services (e.g., AI Search, Azure OpenAI) is a plus
• Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is desirable
• Project experience working with Scrum as well as Azure DevOps / Azure Services is beneficial.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the public sector by enabling more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric services. Governments and public institutions are increasingly leveraging AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI, to modernize administrative processes, enhance decision-making, and improve service delivery. A particular emphasis lies on deploying AI systems in compliance-sensitive set-tings, where transparency, data protection, and low error tolerance are critical. This requires not only technical excellence but also a deep understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI principles.
