Data Engineer

Design and maintain data models (logical, physical, and dimensional) aligned with business needs and corporate standards. Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines between Google BigQuery and the Azure platform. Define and evolve the Lakehouse architecture on ADLS Gen2, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance. Implement and manage security, access control, and identity management through Azure Active Directory and Key Vault. Optimize datasets for efficient consumption in Power BI and other advanced analytics environments. Design and develop visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, applying best practices in semantic modeling, DAX, and user-centered design. Collaborate in defining visualization, performance, and usability standards for global reporting. Work closely with BI and Analytics teams to ensure proper data utilization in global dashboards. Ensure adherence to best practices in data quality, performance, and maintainability.

3 years of professional experience in data engineering. Advanced expertise in Azure Data Platform (Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Azure Storage, Key Vault, AAD). Solid experience with Google BigQuery in production environments. Strong knowledge of data model design in Lakehouse architectures. Advanced proficiency in Spark, Python, and SQL. Proven experience with CI/CD and version control (Git, ALM, Nexus, or equivalent tools). B2 english level to be evaluated by Talent Acquisition Team. Have experience optimizing data for Power BI consumption. Demonstrated experience developing semantic models, DAX measures, and advanced visualizations in Power BI.
