Overview Senior Delivery Consultant @ Recann | IT Recruitment, Talent Sourcing. We are looking for an experienced Robotics Engineer with hands-on experience in ABB robotic systems, particularly IRC5 controllers and RobotStudio, to contribute to innovative industrial automation projects across the UK.Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using ABB robots (primarily IRC5-based systems).Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic cells.Program, simulate, and refine robotic operations using ABB RobotStudio.Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, sensors, and wider automation equipment.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations at all times.Produce and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation.Provide training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to clients and internal stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost automation efficiency and manufacturing performance.What We're Looking For Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with ABB robotic systems.Strong knowledge of IRC5 controller architecture.Strong proficiency in ABB RAPID programming and RobotStudio offline programming.Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.Paid Christmas Holidays.Seniority level AssociateEmployment type Full-timeJob function ConsultingIndustries Outsourcing and Offshoring
