We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Network Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure network solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise networking, cloud integration, authentication frameworks and data center segmentation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring robust, secure, and future-ready network architectures while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop end-to-end network solutions for enterprise environments, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking
• Architect and implement secure authentication and access control mechanisms across network and cloud environments
• Lead the design and segmentation of data center networks using Cisco ACI, ensuring scalable and policy-driven architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture blueprints
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, project managers, and cross-functional teams
• Evaluate and recommend networking technologies, tools, and vendors
• Lead network architecture reviews, risk assessments, and capacity planning
• Design and implement Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions to enhance network agility, automation, and centralized control
• Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce security policies and control device access.
• Ensure network solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and troubleshooting phases
• Document network designs, configurations, and procedures
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and 5+ years in architecture roles
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE4, or similar
• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture and network segmentation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Experience in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN etc.).
• Deep understanding of authentication methods and protocols such as:
• RADIUS, TACACS
• LDAP, Active Directory, Entra AD
• SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Certificate-based authentication and PKI
• Experience with Cisco Switches and Firewalls, Juniper Switches/ Mist AI, Fortinet Firewalls, HPE/Aruba Clearpass or similar networking technologies
• Strong knowledge in data center segmentation and policy-based networking using Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
• Proficiency in cloud networking (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
