Job description
We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning to delivery on time, on scope, and on budget. You'll work closely with Program or Product Managers to drive adoption, procurement, and vendor management while ensuring smooth project execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead project communications with stakeholders and vendors
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and project deliverables
- Support business cases, procurement, and audit-related artifacts
- Promote knowledge transfer and mentor project teams
Requirements
- 8+ years in IT project management, with experience in software projects
- Proven agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong skills in risk, vendor, and budget management
- Knowledge of SDLC, change management, and business benefit tracking
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead diverse, multi-cultural teams
Tools & Certifications
- MS Project / Project Online, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Must have: PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM
- Preferred: PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, SAFe, ITIL
