IT Team Leader

Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT Support for Staff and Students including:

· Line manage the onsite IT/Media Technician.

· Manage the network infrastructure, servers, workstations, and software.

· Ensure that clients' ICT Support requests are dealt with effectively and within a timely manner.

· Maintain and develop the ICT infrastructure and systems.

· Develop and support the school's use of technology within the classroom such as VR Headsets and 1-1 iPad scheme.

· Advise on strategic development of IT service.

· Ensure the Teaching and Learning needs of the staff and leadership are met.
