Job description

The successful candidate will lead and support a team of data professionals responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of organisational data. The team provides support across multiple business functions and plays a critical role in ensuring that key data is accurate, consistent, and maintained to a high standard., You will play a key role in strengthening data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting internal stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams., * Supervising a team of Data Stewards, including the day to day workload and ensuring the team is meeting service level commitments.

  • Supporting and enhancing data governance and data management frameworks.
  • Promoting data quality standards and best practice across the organisation.
  • Ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Working closely with stakeholders to improve processes and systems.
  • Assisting with compliance and practice management systems.
  • Conducting research and presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • Supporting change initiatives related to data and information management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * A confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in data governance and quality.

  • Proven experience in data governance, data management, or information governance roles.
  • Excellent IT and administrative skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working in a professional services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Relevant certifications e.g. DAMA, CDMP (desirable)
