Ada Meher is currently working with a leading agency, with offices in Central Nottingham, who are recruiting for a Custom Wordpress Developer to work on some of their bespoke web builds. They have a variety of projects, with plug-ins & themes built fully bespoke for each of their enviable clients. As such they are able to use the best tools for each project, so you'll find some variety in the tech stack from project to project. However, you can expect the majority of the work to be rooted PHP & Custom Wordpress Plug-ins with some Laravel too on the backend & with JavaScript/Typescript using Vue.js or React.js and the Tailwind framework, where appropriate, as well as Nuxt.js or Next.js and animation libraries such as GSap on the frontend. The only requirement for the role is strong Custom Wordpress experience, so there is a good learning opportunity in the modern JS frameworks and Laravel for the right candidate.
