Job description

We are embarking on a major ServiceNow implementation for one of the UK's police forces as part of a wider CRM and service transformation programme. Following a comprehensive platform down-selection process-including ERP and CRM options ServiceNow has been selected as the preferred solution.

To support delivery alongside our specialist partners, we are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Implementation & Transformation Consultant to play a key role in shaping, guiding, and delivering this high impact public sector programme.

This is a unique opportunity to help modernise critical policing services and drive meaningful organisational change., * Lead end to end delivery of the ServiceNow implementation

  • Work closely with programme leadership, delivery partners, and police stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Support CRM transformation activities across the wider programme
  • Provide expert input into design, governance, and implementation planning
  • Oversee integration, configuration, and deployment activities
  • Ensure successful adoption across operational teams
  • Drive best practice across service management and digital transformation

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Delivered or led major ERP or CRM implementations
  • Strong expertise in Sapoint or ServiceNow implementation and transformation
  • Experience in complex, multi stakeholder environments (public sector beneficial)
  • A proven ability to guide programmes through design, build, and deployment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A track record of delivering digital transformation at scale

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience working with policing or justice sector organisations
  • Background in service design, ITIL, or service management transformation
  • Knowledge of integrations across CRM, ERP, and service management technologies
