Job description
- Lead technical engagements with high-value partners for migration from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
- Conduct migration readiness assessments and guide partners throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Facilitate migration sessions, providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during migration to minimize disruption.
- Communicate migration progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Capture partner feedback to improve tooling and workflows.
- Deliver technical training and support through various engagement formats.
- Develop concise solution documents for migration projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent migration initiatives effectively.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction through quality service delivery.
