Lead Tech Developer - REMOTE

• Support the discovery phase driven by Architecture with technical analysis, risk assessment, estimates, and PoCs.
• Convert architectural decisions into execution plans, technical backlogs, and engineering standards.
• Lead the squad technically, overseeing code reviews, practices, guidelines, and daily engineering decisions.
• Orchestrate integrations and dependencies between teams, ensuring predictability and traceability.

• Experience leading engineering in critical transactional platforms and complex integrations.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and corporate governance.
• Execution mindset with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
• Experience in backend application development using .NET 8 and .NET 9.
• Develop, maintain and evolve REST APIs ensuring proper documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Implement and sustain microservices following architecture standards and best practices.
• Experience working in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GKE.
• Implement messaging solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Develop unit tests using xUnit, NUnit or MSTest, applying mocking techniques.
• Use Entity Framework Core for data access and persistence.
• Version code and collaborate in repositories using GitLab.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Actively participate in Scrum / Kanban ceremonies.
• Contribute to story refinement and estimation using Story Points and T-Shirt Size.
• Knowledge in payment methods and billing with practical experience in journeys and integrations.
