Job description

Turn product and feature usage into clear, compelling insights and dashboards that guide smarter decisions across Product, Engineering, and Tech Support

Support our business domains (Subscription, Marketing, Operations, etc.) with impactful data products that enable data-driven decisions and business optimization

Build and maintain clear metrics, reports, and self-serve dashboards that teams rely on every day

Shape analysis-ready data by partnering with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to transform semi-raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets

Work closely with stakeholders to translate questions into analyses and experiments - defining success metrics, diagnosing issues, and uncovering opportunities

Implement and own data quality checks and alerts so teams can rely on the numbers behind key decisions

Communicate findings with crisp narratives and visuals, making complex topics easy to act on

Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things"

Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Requirements

Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience working on data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake or BigQuery

Experience with visualization tools and methods (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker)
