Job description
- Dive into testing our WordPress products and SaaS applications to ensure they're top-notch.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify any issues.
- Write clear bug reports and collaborate closely with developers to resolve them.
- Enhance user experience by suggesting smart improvements for usability and UX.
- Verify that issues are resolved without introducing new bugs.
- Conduct performance, responsive, and cross-browser compatibility testing to ensure our products work flawlessly and meet user expectations.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions, providing valuable QA insights.
- Keep the team and stakeholders updated with clear status reports and feedback.
- Play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and strategy, with the potential to grow into a Product Manager role based on your performance and skills.

- In-depth understanding of standard testing practices, including test case preparation, test execution, defect identification, and management.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, including web design trends, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Curiosity to learn everything about the product, including competition, market trends, customer personas, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with good skills in analyzing and solving problems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to write clear bug/issue explanations, test cases, and documentation.
- Good hands-on experience with browser inspect element tools.
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing frontend/backend (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) code.
- Ability to record voice-narrated videos for better understanding by developers.
What we expect good-to-have:
- Experience in WordPress plugin/theme testing.
- Experience in building websites using WordPress.
- Capability to develop UI mockups and prototypes for WordPress-based plugins.
- Good design skills, including effective use of color, form, lighting, and composition.
- Good understanding of GitHub and the ability to submit PRs for minor changes.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology and Sprint cycles.
