DT Lead AI Solutions

You will play a key role in shaping and advancing artificial intelligence solutions across the organization. In this role, you will advise on artificial intelligence opportunities, design and deliver end-to-end solutions, and help build sustainable global capabilities. You will work from early prototypes through to robust, scalable solutions, ensuring ethical use and business value. Your work will span complex data pipelines and modern generative artificial intelligence approaches, supporting strategic priorities across multiple business areas.

Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that partners closely with digital technology colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners worldwide. You will collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and decision-makers to align artificial intelligence initiatives with business goals. You will also support and coach colleagues, contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and responsible technology use across the organization.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver artificial intelligence solutions from concept to end-to-end implementation
• Advance global artificial intelligence capabilities and promote adoption across the organization
• Align stakeholders on solution approaches, value creation, and ethical considerations
• Identify and prioritize new artificial intelligence opportunities linked to strategic objectives
• Apply agile ways of working to deliver iterative, high-impact solutions
• Coach colleagues and manage external contributors to ensure successful delivery

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline with at least five years of relevant experience

• Strong experience designing artificial intelligence solutions, including predictive and generative approaches
• Hands-on software engineering experience using modern artificial intelligence technologies and data platforms
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering solutions iteratively
• Ability to simplify complex problems into practical, high-quality solutions
• Strong communication skills and commitment to responsible and ethical technology use
