Tasks

• Manage stable operations of our CRM system and optimize processes.
• Design and conduct internal CRM training for our stakeholders.
• Apply agile methods in change and release management effectively., * Responsible for the stable operation of our CRM system, ensuring second-level support as well as compliance and optimization of the associated business processes
• Design and conduct internal CRM training sessions and act as a competent contact person for consulting and supporting our internal stakeholders
• Apply agile methods according to Scrum/SAFe, especially in change and release management, and develop concepts and communication foundations for further development
• Actively contribute your expertise to cross-departmental, BFH-wide projects and represent the interests of CRM there, * An incredibly wide variety of topics that enrich and make everyday life exciting in this important control and support function.

• University degree in communication, business, or agile software development.
• Experience in marketing process automation and agile methods.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset., * University degree or comparable education and training in the fields of communication/marketing, business administration, or agile software development
• Experience in shaping and automating marketing and communication processes, preferably also in the area of agile methods, e.g., Scrum
• Initiative, decisiveness, and technical affinity for Microsoft products as well as enjoyment in working with CRM systems
• Communicative personality and team player with quick comprehension, great enthusiasm, and good analytical skills
• Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English and French is an advantage
