Working Student Software Support

Support managers in analyzing the current (as-is) situation and preparing clear summaries and recommendations Help define the software support concept and coordinate alignment with the project team and internal stakeholders; prepare materials and follow-up notes for manager meetings Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal project management solution in Jira, including implementing routines (scripts/code) to automate data extraction and enable advanced reporting for managers Build and maintain the departmental knowledge base: document processes, capture project status and prepare concise entries that managers can use for status briefings in close cooperation with the team Establish and produce periodical visual management reports and dashboards to provide managers with up-to-date, actionable insights

Do you have experience in Software development?, Studies preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Development or Informatic Experience with Data Analysis Knowledge of software support concepts is beneficial Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) Knowledge in the development of jira and confluence tools are beneficial Reliable and structured way of working Ideally, first knowledge in Project Management Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
