SAP CoE FICO SPECIALIST

As our SAP CoE FICO Specialist, you will act as the finance SAP subject-matter expert within Coty's SAP Center of Excellence, supporting and delivering robust SAP FICO solutions while partnering closely with global finance and IT stakeholders.

THE ROLE

As our SAP CoE FICO Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP Finance solutions across Coty. You will act as a go-to expert for SAP FICO, support global and local projects, translate business needs into system solutions, and ensure stable, well-governed SAP operations across regions. You will be reporting to the SAP CoE Finance Lead, and you will manage:

1. SAP FICO Support & Solution Delivery

Act as first-level SAP FICO support for users and key stakeholders Handle functional incidents, enhancements, and operational changes via ticketing tools Lead SAP configuration and solution implementation while preserving the Core solution Support SAP project implementations and change execution Provide process- and system-oriented expertise to business users

2. Business Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration

Capture and anticipate global and local business requirements Translate requirements into well-governed SAP improvements and enhancements Lead review meetings with Key Users and Local Process Owners Partner with Business Facing teams to optimize processes using SAP capabilities Act as link between users and 2nd-level application maintenance teams

3. Projects, Governance & Continuous Improvement

Participate in and support global SAP transformation projects Coordinate knowledge sharing with SAP CoE colleagues across regions Support system monitoring (jobs, interfaces, integrations) Identify change-management initiatives with Key Users and Process Owners Maintain knowledge of SAP product roadmap and future offerings

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, As a customer-oriented SAP professional, you thrive in fast-paced, global environments and enjoy bridging finance and technology., Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent SAP certification in relevant FICO modules Minimum 5 years' experience implementing and/or supporting SAP projects Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA On-Premise 2022 Experience with VIM OpenText, Tradeshift, and HighRadius (valued) Strong understanding of finance business processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly Fluent English; additional languages appreciated Experience in Mass Market / Cosmetics industry is a plus
