Job description

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users (in person, phone, or remote)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic business applications
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access (Active Directory)
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Log and track incidents using ticketing tools
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
  • Set up new user workstations and equipment
  • Perform basic hardware maintenance and replacements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
