Job description
- Provide first-level technical support to end users (in person, phone, or remote)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic business applications
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access (Active Directory)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Log and track incidents using ticketing tools
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
- Set up new user workstations and equipment
- Perform basic hardware maintenance and replacements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
