Job description
The job role is for an experienced VoIP or Network field service engineer to join our service team to support a growing customer base across the UK, primarily focussed on VoIP but extending to Broadband and mobile solutions and other IT related support. This role is predominately field based at customer sites but may also require some in-house work configuring hardware for installation and provided remote customer support for installed solutions

Key responsibilities will include:
- Configure, install and service customer VoIP solutions at customer sites across the country
- Perform customer site survey for telecoms provision
- Provide expert advice to both sales teams on VoIP solutions and options to meet customer needs
- Train customers on use of installed solutions
- Provide on-site and remote customer service support for installed solutions covering VoIP and broadband
- Cross support the engineering department with network configuration and installation for all products across the customer range
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in VoIP?, * Customer focussed outlook
- Good IT skills in particular network configuration and installation
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of field based diagnostic tools and equipment
- Fully competent in the use of laptop for service manuals, part ordering and job completion
- Excellent geographic knowledge and full clean driving licence
- Highly motivated and confident
- A winning mentality
Key experience
- 2+ years VoIP field service experience
- Experience installing hosted VoIP including Yeastar
- Experience with Microsoft cloud-based services, including 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams and MS Office Suite
- Networking/Routing/Firewall experience, * VoIP or network : 2 years (required)
