  • Continuous Improvement: You'll have a focus on optimisation to reduce costs and timelines against the tooling configuration, delivering greater value for our customers and the business.

  • Drive stakeholder collaboration: You'll build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders ensuring our team remains connected to our services and that we identify emerging trends. You'll also engage with GIS Strategic Business Partners, providing the insight they need to address challenges and respond to new business requirements.

  • Manage Escalations: You'll be a key escalation point for the solutions team; you'll play a vital role in managing relationships and following through on both the resolution of complex issues and the delivery of successful outcomes for our stakeholders.

  • Insight: Contribute to the team reporting ensuring that key stakeholders have appropriate insight into escalations, initiatives, developing patterns and theme., As an equal opportunities employer, we're committed to ensuring fair and equal access to opportunities for all. Your application will be considered on its merits, regardless of your age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, or any other characteristics protected by law. What matters most to us is that you share our vision and values, and bring the experience and skills we're looking for. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer.
