Job description
As part of the Sales & Distribution team within Howden Specialty, you will support the business by helping to manage, update, and maintain accurate data used across the division. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to develop their data, reporting, and analytical skills in a fast-paced commercial environment. This role suits someone who is detail-focused, organised, and eager to learn, with an interest in working with data and developing their skills within Howden's Sales & Distribution function.
What you'll do
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Updates spreadsheets and populating reports
- Reviews data to ensure accuracy of data input
- Analytical mindset and critical thinker
- Provide continuous Data Cleansing for data sets
- Collecting and interpreting data then analysing results

Requirements
- Experience with MS Office and data programs (MS Excel essential. Python/SQL, Power BI, Databricks & CRMs desirable)
