- Azure + Windows Server administration
- Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines & working with Dev teams
- Infrastructure management + BAU ownership
- 3rd line support with problem solving/dev exposure
- Cisco networking (routing & switching)
- Hybrid migration experience (Windows Server VMs + Azure services)
- Backup, DR, and security implementation
- Managing multi environment setups (Prod/Dev)
