Job description
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will act as the senior authority across Salesforce workstreams, owning design integrity, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalable, compliant delivery aligned to public sector outcomes., Lead technical delivery across complex Salesforce programmes
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions
Own low-level design (Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio, security models, data models)
Provide architectural oversight and enforce development standards
Conduct code reviews and manage technical risk (governor limits, platform constraints)
Guide integration patterns (ERP, data platforms, external systems)
Collaborate with DevOps (Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines)
Act as technical escalation point for stakeholders
Requirements
7+ years Salesforce platform experience
Proven leadership on enterprise Salesforce implementations
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations and data modelling
Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions
Knowledge of OmniStudio, MuleSoft and Data Cloud
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience delivering within regulated public sector environments
