The successful candidate will join a highly skilled Information Management function, working alongside Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, project managers, and system administrators. Teams are cross-functional and delivery-focused, partnering closely with clients to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The company specialises in digital transformation services, systems integration, automation, and enterprise Salesforce implementations., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Architect scalable solutions using declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript/Vlocity, and system integrations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines aligned with DevOps best practices.
- Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance across development work.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, deployment support, and ensure ongoing platform stability and performance.
- Contribute to project scope, timeline, and budget management alongside project managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance to maximise Salesforce investment.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

Requirements
- UK-based candidate with a minimum of 3 years' UK residency (eligible for NPPV3 clearance).
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience delivering complex implementations.
- Strong Salesforce administration experience with current certification.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience implementing integrations using various API methods.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments (e.g., Jira).
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II required; Technical Architect or System Architect certifications desirable.
- Additional certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant) advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
