Founding Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

As our Founding Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer, you are the engine that powers our MVP. You will be our primary builder and cloud operator - responsible for writing production-quality TypeScript code and deploying it to AWS. You will own the technical infrastructure, ensuring our environment is secure, cost-effective, and ready to serve users at scale. This is a rare opportunity for a developer who wants an brand new exciting new project., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.

• Deploy, manage, and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS, including Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Own the security posture and cost-efficiency of the AWS environment.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code practices (AWS CDK or Terraform preferred).
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve application performance and reliability.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Demonstrable hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS in a production environment.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in Node.js for backend development.
• Solid experience with React for frontend development.
• Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, and RDS - these are essential.
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or Terraform) is a significant advantage.
