Senior Director - Workday Finance Transformation

As a Senior Director, you will oversee and work closely with a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

What your days will look like: * Leading business development activities to help identify and research Workday enabled finance transformation opportunities on new/existing clients

• Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients leveraging Workday technologies
• Managing and delivering large projects by developing diverse, highly skilled project teams, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
• Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
• Supporting collaborative and ambitious recruitment process to grow the team, and train, coach, and supervise team members for continuous organic growth.
• Continuing to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Proven demonstrable business development and implementation experience in Workday Financials, preferably at large, complex multinationals, and are considered an expert with market eminence in your field

• Background in Finance Transformation
• Experience driving the growth of a transformation team would be preferable
• Strategic thinker with evidence of strong leadership abilities across business development, engagement management, project delivery, and team management.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-capability environment would be beneficial, understanding the key drivers and relationships required across onshore and offshore teams to build a practice and deliver successful large scale transformation programmes, often across multiple countries.
• An engaging approach, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and some evidence of a c-suite level network - you will be comfortable typically consulting with CFO and CEOs.
