Data Analyst

• Develop,maintain,and optimise Tableau dashboards for:

• Betting turnover,revenue,margin
• Customer behaviour and segmentation
• Promotions and marketing performance
• Trading and risk metrics

• Work with stakeholders (Commercial,Operations,Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualisations.
• Digital analytics - review mobile app and website performance,conversion rates/engagement metrics (Raceday Ready)
• Perform deep dives into specific areas of the business.
• Monitor data quality issues and help resolve them.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Essential

• Relevant experience in a data analyst / BI analyst role
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop
• Good SQL skills (joins,aggregations)
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience within and a passion for the industry.
• Numeric or analytical degree.
• Familiarity with betting concepts such as stakes,margin and knowledge of pool betting., * A reliable team member with an excellent understanding of data and database infrastructure.
• A technical and analytical skillset to deliver against a fast-moving backlog of priorities.
• Highly motivated self-starter with aptitude for problem solving.
• Based in Liverpool office. Hybrid working may be possible,combining days working from home with days in the office.
