Job description
As our Graduate UX/UI & Digital Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting the visual and experiential language of our brands across our websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing assets. You'll work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure every customer touchpoint looks great, feels intuitive, and reflects the energy and quality of our brands.
This is a hands-on creative role with genuine variety. One day you might be designing a homepage banner for a new product launch; the next, you could be mapping out a smoother user journey, or building out templates for an email campaign. You'll have the creative freedom to bring fresh ideas, with the support and mentorship to develop your skills quickly.
What You'll Be Doing

Designing on-brand digital assets for our websites, including banners, landing pages, product imagery, and promotional graphics

Creating and maintaining templates for email marketing campaigns, ensuring strong visual hierarchy and mobile-first thinking

Producing social media creative across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels - adapting content for each platform's format and audience

Supporting UX improvements across our brand websites, using wireframes and prototypes to map out better user journeys and page layouts

Collaborating with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments - from concept through to final assets

Maintaining and evolving our design systems and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints

Conducting basic user research and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions understanding what's working and what isn't

Assisting with video and motion graphic assets for digital advertising, where relevant
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireframing?, * A degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Media, or a related creative discipline or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills

Proficiency in Figma for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping

A solid eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

Experience designing for digital formats - web banners, email templates, social media, and/or landing pages

Understanding of UX principles and a genuine interest in how design affects user behaviour

A portfolio showcasing digital work (required - please include a link or attachment with your application)

Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and act on feedback constructively
Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS - enough to understand how your designs will be built (not required, but a bonus)

Experience with motion design or short-form video content creation

An understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG)
