Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is recruiting for an IT Manager - Application Integration Engineer. This position will be based out of Beerse (Belgium), Limerick (Ireland) or UK (Pinewood).
The position will be a key member of the EMEA team supporting the implementation of application integration solutions for both J&J Medical Technologies and Innovative Medicine. Focus will be in the Supply Chain area having 100s of connected satellite systems on different integration technologies.
Understanding of common integration methods is required, with a strong attention to SAP integrations. Comprehension of building a robust API first integration strategy is a nice to have.
Examples of integration methods and technologies the position will be exposed to:
- SAP BTP IS
- SAP PI/PO
- RFC / IDOC / ALE SAP
- Name Space OMP & XPS
- SAP to SAP, Ariba / SNC
- MFT, * The position will provide leadership, and be responsible for the governance, design and documentation of Integrations through the various phases of the software development lifecycle.
- The person will drive, own, approve the integration design end to end with the different integration build teams. They will also coordinate the delivery of estimates and planning for all integration related builds in scope.
- They will ensure high quality integration solutions are built according to J&J standards and following the current SDLC guidelines and steering (a) team(s) of vendor partners doing so.
- The selected candidate will work closely with the solution leads, our system integration partners, testing team, cutover leads and others to make the build happen, own the planning and coordinate the delivery of the different integration components in the design. This includes building the solution as required, providing any testing support for the end to end TAT/BST/UAT and coordinating the Cutover plan & deployment.
- This person will be the primary contact also for the Eco Systems from an integration point of view.
- The person will be supporting in shaping the integration engineering area, building best practices, frameworks and guidelines. A high focus will be on observability, the use of artificial intelligence and intelligent automation in the SDLC process.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in information technology related fields is required, * Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP integration technologies, including hands-on and design leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Information Technology within a large scale, global organization with experience implementing large projects/programs.
- Deep digital strategy and/or execution experience, strong leadership in software development lifecycle using agile methodology driving product-centric approach, preferably in highly regulated environment.
- Extensive experience delivering and managing reliable solutions with a focus on high quality, operational excellence and business value, supported with outcome-based measures
- A strong business mindset, experience and ability to manage multiple projects and/or programs with competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to network, interface and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leveraging AI and intelligent automation to enhance the SDLC process, including optimizing workflows and improving efficiency.
Preferred:
- Previous experience managing integrations and integrations design in large SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA implementation projects/programs.
- Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager
- A Change Agent with a high tolerance for ambiguity while challenging status quo.
