Backend Engineer (Rust) - Remote Work

• Build and maintain production-grade backend services in Rust deployed on Kubernetes-native infrastructure.
• Design and implement distributed system components that support AI and machine learning workflows at scale.
• Debug and resolve complex performance, reliability, and correctness issues in backend services.
• Work with platform and ML teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable backend solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help define best practices for backend development.
• Write thorough tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Do you have experience in Rust (programming language)?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We're looking for a Backend Engineer who writes Rust and has built distributed systems that run reliably under real production conditions. You've worked in cloud-native environments, you understand the infrastructure well enough to know where things go wrong, and you take ownership of the systems you build. You'll be part of a team developing the backend of an AI platform used by enterprise teams globally - work that demands both technical rigor and a genuine interest in getting the details right., * 5+ years of experience in IT roles.

• 4+ years of experience developing backend systems with Rust as the primary language.
• Solid background in distributed systems design and operation in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Some exposure to AI platform, LLM, or RAG technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to code quality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
