Senior Platform Engineer (Rust) - Remote Work

• Design and develop high-performance backend services in Rust, optimized for scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain distributed systems deployed in Kubernetes-native cloud environments.
• Contribute to the development of LLM and RAG-based platform features in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend services.

Do you have experience in Rust (programming language)?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who knows Rust inside and out and has built distributed backend systems that actually hold up under pressure. You're someone who has worked close to the infrastructure, understands how services behave at scale, and cares about writing code that's reliable, not just functional. You'll be joining a team that builds the platform powering AI and machine learning workloads for some of the world's largest enterprises - work that is technically challenging and genuinely impactful., * 5+ years of experience in IT roles.

• 3+ years of professional experience using Rust as a primary language.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems principles and patterns.
• Familiarity with LLM, RAG, or vector search in production settings.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
