Job description

Currently, PandaDoc is seeking a Middle Frontend Engineer to join our Document App Track, specifically within the Content Area - the team behind PandaDoc's core document editor, where millions of documents are created every year. The Content Area owns and evolves PandaDoc's document editing experience - a mission-critical product used by millions of users globally. Within this area, you will join the Concord team, contributing both to product innovation and to the long-term technical quality, scalability, and sustainability of our frontend architecture.

In this role, you will:

  • Work on high-impact user-facing features within PandaDoc's document editor, directly influencing key product metrics.
  • Participate in full application (feature) lifecycle from concept to release.
  • Contribute to long-term frontend architecture decisions with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and technical excellence.
  • Apply AI tools and agents in your daily workflow to increase engineering impact, productivity, and solution quality.
  • Collaborate within a large and experienced frontend community, learning from senior engineers and contributing to shared standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teammates and write new code that meets product requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sass?, * At least 3+ years of development experience with JS.

  • Strong experience with React/Redux.
  • Strong understanding and experience in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in creating and implementing unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
  • Proven hands-on experience in application performance management and code analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to evaluate trade-offs with a long-term architectural vision.
  • Experience working in product-driven teams where user impact and measurable outcomes matter.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and engineering agents to enhance productivity and solution design.
  • Ability to balance feature delivery with technical sustainability and operational excellence.
