Summary : We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with strategy teams and internal stakeholders to help translate business objectives into effective digital marketing initiatives. You will work with a high level of autonomy within defined processes, while receiving guidance and coaching from more senior team members as you continue to develop your skills and expertise.
This role combines hands-on campaign management with analytical reporting, offering exposure to a diverse client portfolio and opportunities to contribute to data-driven performance improvements., * Work autonomously within established processes and methodologies, taking standard decisions and supporting solutions to recurring, moderately complex problems.
- Receive guidance, direction, and feedback from more senior colleagues or your manager, with regular follow-up on assignments.
- Apply your formal education or equivalent professional experience, using your technical and functional skills alongside a growing understanding of the business.
- Support the implementation, activation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms.
- Help translate business goals and marketing strategies into effective online campaigns aligned with agreed objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver analytical reporting, and share performance insights with strategy teams and clients.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of clients across different investment tiers, balancing new launches with ongoing optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with strategy teams and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience in digital marketing or online campaign management may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with hands-on experience in paid digital advertising
- Candidate is comfortable working in digital or performance-driven marketing environments, managing campaigns and optimizing results based on data.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads (preferred), Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google DV360, or other paid social platforms (like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc).
- Experience or knowledge of using reporting and productivity tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze performance and present insights.
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Salesforce is considered a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry will add value.
- Comfortable working independently within defined processes, while also contributing actively as a team player
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Must be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required. Basic knowledge of Italian is a plus and proficiency in French would be an added advantage.
