Job description

  • Lead installations, patching, and upgrades of SAP environments.
  • Advanced HANA administration, including high availability and replication.
  • Monitor and optimize Oracle/HANA DB and SAP system performance.
  • Define and document SAP Basis standards and SOPs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and handle major incident resolution.
  • Interface with SAP support and manage service requests (OSS notes, keys, etc.).
  • Propose and implement technical improvements and architecture enhancements.
  • Mentor junior administrators and participate in knowledge transfer processes.
  • Collaborate on system sizing, transport strategy, and change management.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Administrator with at least 15 years of experience managing large-scale, complex SAP landscapes. The selected professional will take ownership of advanced technical activities, performance optimization, architectural improvements, and mentoring of junior team members, in coordination with cross-functional and international teams., * Minimum 15 years of SAP Basis and HANA administration experience.

  • Expertise with SAP products: ECC, BO, PI, Portal, SolMan, Fiori, GRC, IDM, etc.
  • 4+ years with Oracle databases; 2+ years with Linux OS.
  • Strong background in global SAP implementations and mission-critical systems.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP security and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with change management and SAP landscape governance.
