Principal Platform Engineer (Rust) - Remote Work

We're looking for a Principal Platform Engineer who brings deep Rust expertise and the organizational influence to define how platform infrastructure is designed and operated at scale. You've built and led the development of cloud-native platforms that engineering teams depend on, you understand what it takes to architect AI workflows end to end, and you know how to raise the technical bar for the engineers around you. You'll be taking on one of the most senior technical roles on a platform that powers AI capabilities for enterprise teams worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Own the architectural direction for Rust-based platform infrastructure across Kubernetes-native cloud environments.
• Define platform engineering standards and lead their adoption across multiple engineering teams.
• Architect end-to-end AI workflow systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance at enterprise scale.
• Lead the resolution of the most complex platform-level technical challenges across the organization.
• Influence product and engineering strategy as a senior technical voice in cross-team and leadership forums.
• Develop staff and senior engineers through mentorship and direct technical collaboration.

Do you have experience in Rust (programming language)?, * 10+ years of experience in IT roles.

• 5+ years of experience with Rust as a mandatory primary language in platform engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes-native microservices architecture and cloud-native platform design.
• Deep experience architecting and delivering end-to-end AI or ML platform systems.
• Proven track record of defining technical standards and leading cross-team platform initiatives.
• Strong mentorship background and demonstrated influence at a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
