Are you passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful insight? We're looking for an HR Data Visualisation & Reporting Analyst to join our People Data & Insights team. In this role, you'll help shape the future of HR reporting by creating high-quality dashboards, automated reporting solutions and clear visual stories that support informed, people-centred decisions across the organisation., * Designing and developing high-quality HR reports, dashboards and visualisations using Oracle HCM, OTBI and BI Publisher
- Delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting while championing automation, standardisation and continuous improvement
- Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and translating requirements into effective reporting solutions
- Managing the reporting request queue and communicating clearly on timelines and expectations
- Applying robust data quality checks and validation techniques to assure the accuracy and integrity of all outputs
- Ensuring reports are distributed securely and appropriately, aligning with data privacy and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing data, processes and workflows to identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the reporting suite
- Collaborating with HR Systems, HR Operations and technical teams to support new data sources, system changes and testing
Requirements
Do you have experience in Oracle HCM?, If you enjoy working collaboratively, have an eye for detail and thrive in a data-driven environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career., * Strong proficiency in data visualisation and reporting, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, OTBI and BI Publisher
- Solid understanding of HR data, people metrics and how workforce information supports decision-making
- Experience creating accurate, high-impact dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Confidence working with complex datasets and applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Awareness of data protection requirements, governance standards and ethical handling of people data
- A collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm for continuous improvement and positive team contribution
