Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional to join our IT team to support SAP implementation projects and establish an ongoing, centralised SAP support capability.
This is a hands-on role that will initially focus on supporting SAP implementation activities and will transition into providing day-to-day SAP user support across the business. Alongside SAP responsibilities, the role will form part of the core IT team, contributing to broader IT support activities as required.

Implementation & Project Support
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
- Lead and support data migration activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Production, Sales, Purchasing and Stock/Inventory functions.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide product expertise and practical guidance during implementation.
- Deliver user training using a "train the trainer" approach to build internal capability.
Ongoing SAP Support
- Act as a central point of contact for SAP support queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues
- Maintain and optimise SAP processes across Finance (FI), Stock/Inventory (MM-IM/WM), Production (PP), Sales (SD) and Purchasing (MM).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within SAP.
Broader IT Support
- Contribute to day-to-day IT support activities as part of the wider IT team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure systems and infrastructure remain stable and effective.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, We are looking for someone who brings:
- Previous hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (essential).
- Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (highly desirable).
- Strong working knowledge of: -Data migration
- Finance modules
-Stock/inventory management -Production processes -Sales and purchasing modules
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience delivering user training, ideally using a train-the-trainer model.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements
- This is a full-time, office-based role with a requirement to be on-site at least 4 days per week.
- During implementation phases, some travel may be required (though the majority of work will be based at HQ).
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to support international time zones when required.
