Job description
- Conduct routine chemical, microbiological, and GMP checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and health & safety requirements across all manufacturing processes.
- Investigate customer complaints and identify quality issues, supporting the QA Manager/Supervisor with timely corrective actions.
- Maintain strict documentation control, monitor non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to HACCP reviews, internal and external audits, and quality-driven projects.
- Assist with raw material intake and manage day-to-day quality issues, collaborating with teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality assurance?, Experience in food manufacturing and Quality Assurance with strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, internal & external auditing (trained/certified).
- Familiarity with chemical handling, COSHH regulations, sensory evaluation, and basic IT skills.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in mathematics, including averages, percentages, decimal places, and metric weights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
