Job description

  • Lead the delivery of complex digital programmes including the Digital Front Door, Cloud migration, Application Rationalisation, and AI & Automation initiatives.
  • Manage project managers responsible for large-scale system implementation and embedding digital solutions into services.
  • Develop and implement programme governance frameworks and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure delivery of outcomes to quality, time, and cost standards.
  • Engage stakeholders across departments and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Delivery Team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Proven experience of introducing technologies that make a difference at scale, delivering large and complex digital programmes.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and overcome problems as a team.Excellent knowledge of Programme, project and business change methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
