Job description

The successful delivery of Information Technology at Chairo is of high priority and the ICT Support Engineer will be expected to provide high-quality technical support.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-level technical support and customer service to staff members, students and parents across multiple campuses

  • Manage and support the school's network, server infrastructure and core applications

  • Manage and prioritise ICT support requests using the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution

  • Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating environments and long-term solutions for recurring issues

  • Contribute to ICT operations, projects and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the ICT Leadership Team

  • Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of Faith

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to relate to students and staff members in a caring, friendly and helpful manner

  • Willingness to work at multiple campuses as required

  • Willingness to work out of regular hours on an occasional basis
