Job description
The successful delivery of Information Technology at Chairo is of high priority and the ICT Support Engineer will be expected to provide high-quality technical support.
Some key responsibilities will include:

Deliver high-level technical support and customer service to staff members, students and parents across multiple campuses

Manage and support the school's network, server infrastructure and core applications

Manage and prioritise ICT support requests using the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution

Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating environments and long-term solutions for recurring issues

Contribute to ICT operations, projects and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the ICT Leadership Team
