Job description
On behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Change & Adoption Analyst for an 18-24 month contract supporting the Oracle Fusion (People Services) programme. This role can be based in any UK hub with flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to London or Manchester (typically once per month). Purpose of the role
This role sits within Arup's People Services Transformation team and supports the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM and the HR Helpdesk model. The programme introduces enhanced self-service, guided learning and new operating models across People Services.
The Change & Adoption Analyst will focus on driving user adoption, improving colleague experience and supporting continuous improvement across the transformation. This role blends change delivery, learning support and customer experience thinking to ensure the new system delivers meaningful business impact.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of adoption and change activity across the Oracle Fusion programme.
- Contribute to change impact assessments and readiness planning.
- Support the design and rollout of guided learning and self-service experiences.
- Assist with user engagement sessions, demonstrations and training support activity.
- Work closely with stakeholders across People Services to understand user needs and adoption barriers.
- Monitor feedback, sentiment and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Support business readiness for go-live and assist during hypercare where required.
- Contribute to governance reporting, risk tracking and change planning activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Experience supporting change and adoption within HR technology or system implementation programmes.
- Exposure to HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
- Experience supporting learning, guided learning tools or digital adoption approaches is advantageous.
- Understanding of shared services or People Services operating models is beneficial.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to view transformation through a user experience lens.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.
