Software Engineer II - Revenue Tech Engineering

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team. Our mission is to build the high-leverage internal tools and systems that empower Field teams to drive revenue and operate at peak efficiency. This isn't about building features for a generic user base; it's about building the specialized scaffolding-automation, experiences, and custom workflows-that turns our sales and operations strategy into a scalable reality.

This role will be a "zero-to-one" builder. You'll take manual business processes and transform them into lovable user experiences.

• Greenfield Internal Tooling: Develop new internal applications from scratch, focusing on tools that streamline the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
• Operational Automation: Build robust backend services and integrations that eliminate manual "swivel-chair" tasks, ensuring data moves seamlessly between our core platform and internal systems.
• Architect for Efficiency: Design scalable data models and API contracts that serve as the foundation for our revenue operations, ensuring long-term technical health.

• Strong professional experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React. You can move between the frontend and backend with ease.
• A high level of autonomy. The distributed nature of the company offers freedom to work when and how one sees fit, but also requires team members to work independently, and reach out for help when stuck.
