Software Engineer

? Backend Developer (PHP / Symfony) - Russian speaking - Remote working - Based in either Spain/UK/Germany/France ? My client is urgently looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join their team and help build a powerful, high-performance collaboration platform for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP (Symfony) with a focus on performance and reliability - Develop and optimize applications handling big data (tens of terabytes)- Design and implement new features while identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks - Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product designers, and QA engineers - Optimize existing codebases and system architecture - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices - Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews - Stay up to date with PHP and Symfony best practices and emerging trends Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of experience in web service development - Strong experience with Symfony 5+, PHP 8, Doctrine ORM - Proven experience designing complex, high-load systems with large datasets and advanced business logic - Expert knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and ELK stack - Working understanding of Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments - Russian speaking If you're interested please send your CV to ******
