Manager Data & Analytics

As a Data Manager at Propelling Tech, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives with our top global clients.

You will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, acting as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, and leading multidisciplinary data squads. You will ensure continuous team upskilling, operational excellence, and organic account growth-working in a highly innovative, cloud-native environment and leveraging AI-powered tools to boost productivity and delivery quality., * Act as the primary accountable leader for Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts.

• Coordinate, manage, and align multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery against project milestones.
• Lead and develop diverse teams, creating tailored learning and career development plans that consider individual motivations and long-term growth.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement AI-driven methods to improve productivity and operational performance across squads.
• Understand client needs and proactively propose Propelling Tech solutions to support steady, strategic account expansion.
• Prioritize, evaluate, and shape new business opportunities in alignment with client objectives and firm strategy.
• Deliver compelling presentations to internal and external senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Data & Analytics projects using modern cloud technologies.
• Proven experience managing corporate accounts, ensuring growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and the full data value chain.
• Demonstrated experience assessing, coaching, and developing team members to foster continuous upskilling.
• Practical experience integrating generative AI solutions to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading large teams (>10 people) and ensuring both technical and business standards are met.
• Proficient communication in Spanish and English., * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in cloud computing or data engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions.
