Job description

Depending on your focus, you ensure that the firewall, telephone system, network technology and other infrastructure at the customer's site are working properly. You record the problems of our customers through various channels, classify and process them or create a ticket for the department. You take care of the entire lifecycle of the Mac, iPhone and iPad, i.e. installation of macOS and applications, configuration of applications and user environment, support of the user in case of problems with applications and/or use of the Mac, backup of data and migration to the new device. You will set up printers and sometimes fax for the customer on macOS and iOS. What you should bring: You have IT training/studies or relevant work experience in technical support, service desk, IT service or similar areas. You know macOS and at best one or more of the following: Linux, Windows, Cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace), telephony & phone systems, network technology. You have first experience

Requirements

in dealing with ticket systems. With your very good Mac knowledge, your broad IT knowledge and your experience you can solve customer problems competently. It is easy for you to communicate with customers and you enjoy it, even when things get tricky. You have a very good knowledge of German and basic English spoken and written.
